According to VMEDU policy, we do not offer refund or cancellation.
In case your card was stolen and the order was not made by the card owner, the card owner must contact support and provide legal documents proving his card was stolen within 5 days from the date of payment. After that we cannot process your request. After checking the documents, we may refund the received amount to that card only. We do not refund the received amount to any other card number.
